We depend on our team's understanding of the importance of social impact in our community and we volunteer our time to make our city a better place. We raise funds and fight for causes that are important to us, and to the people who make up our growing network.
Over 23 years in business, we have organized and participated in events in the name of Cancer Research, Diabetes Research, Community Shares, Mentor Programs, Sun Youth Canada, the Montreal Old Brewery Mission, and many more.
Employee Engagement Program
Helping Hands
Employee engagement drives productivity and business results. The Helping Hands program is Bromelin's philanthropic employee engagement and team-building program. It is a 3-hour session, led by an experienced HR Manager that marries team, engagement, and social responsibility in a fun and unforgettable experience.
In groups of 3, participants will build a prosthetic hand that will be sent to one of 60 countries and given to an amputee in need — connecting their experience to the bigger picture of the department or the organization.
